This is a vintage (1940s I believe) M.C.Gregory 4A 18 tenor mouthpiece- the composite/resin model. It's in very good+ original condition: no real issues; small bit of tooth wear on beak, pretty shallow; original facing near perfect- one tiny speck of roughness at the right outside corner of the tip rail; original interior essentially perfect. Looking through the piece, you'll see that it has an "A frame" chamber, somewhat similar to a Brilhart. No cap or ligature.&n...bsp;
