Cuckoo Clock Company - Schoolhouse With Boy, Dog and American Flag Wall Clock
I just discovered this clock in a container. It's the second one like this I've found. It looks like Lux, DeLuxe or a Keebler clock but it isn't. It looks as though my dad started working on this clock and didn't get it finished. I think he had my sister in law paint a few areas and it looks really nice. The clock is definitely a project clock but I don't think it'd take... much to restore with the right person and the right parts. This is a school house that feels like it's made out of Syroco material. Not sure on that though. The back bar does attach to the bell so I'm thinking that when this clock works it'll chime the bell on top of the schoolhouse. Pretty cool. I don't know if the movement is good or not but it looks okay to me. The pendulum and weight is included. The hour and the minute hand needs to be tightened as they are loose. The bell is supposed to swing back and forth with the pendulum movement. This clock is found in many Lux or Keebler collections but it's actually made by the Cuckoo Clock Company.
