Hello! Welcome to my auctions. This is a vintage dress & smock for a 35" Patti Playpal and is being modeled on one by Ideal. When I was putting it on her, I knocked off the top button (included in auction). The lace is a bit disheveled but the real problem is the rip in the white material on the underskirt of the dress.
