Original Description:
This beautiful vintage Philco radio was manufactured in 1938 and has an all wood cabinet that has been refinished, hand rubbed with Danish oil, and hand waxed. The radio features 2 bands, AM and Shortwave (5.5 - 18Mhz). All faulty and weak parts were replaced with new parts and tested for better than new performance.The IF, AM, and Shortwave sections are aligned  This item does not have a back and will require an external antenna for proper operation. The speaker is original as i...s the cabinet.
