Vintage Madame ALEXANDER QUIZ-KINS ALEX 8" Yes NO Doll 1953 In Box. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.Estate Find.....This 1953-54 Quiz-Kin yes no doll is in working order. Doll holds poses, yes-no buttons move the dolls head as designed. This is a straight-Leg non-walking Doll. The body is made of a heavy hard plastic and has a consistent light flesh tone throughout. Doll came dressed in this sweet 1953 #312 Sun Suit. Along with starched lace bonnet and blue suede sid...e snap shoes. A photo of this outfit is found on page 17 of Patricia Smith’s book ‘The World of Alexander-Kins’. (See photo). Doll’s coloring is in very good condition. The sun suit is in wonderful condition as well as the lace bonnet. Comes in a box that came with the doll at sale time. It is in poor condition and is held together by tape in places. Part of the lid is missing. Can barely read the label but I see Wendy-Kins faintly. If you don’t want the box, please let me know as it will be cheaper to mail just the doll. Will come with a doll stand and carefully packed.This doll is a fairly hard doll to find in this condition and would make a nice addition for the collector.
