For sale is an Apple Macintosh Color Classic computer with Keyboard, mouse, Getting started guide and disks. The computer powers on the chime sounds and there is HDD activity indicating start up and activity, but the Trinitron monitor only shows a blue screen. I have left it on for a couple of hours and it did not change. I am not sure what is causing the blue screen, and do not have the time to attempt diagnosis or repair any longer. I assume it is better off i...n the hands of someone who does or is more familiar with the problem. Physically the computer is in pretty good condition with a few defects. There is a bit of yellowing to the housing, not too bad, but noticeable. There is a nick to the plastic on the left hand side of the monitor, as well as a chip on the top fin on the back, as can be seen in the image gallery. There are few marks here and there, but nothing major and could probably be removed with the appropriate cleaner. Again, the computer is is being sold as-is for parts or repair due to the solid blue screen, some work will be necessary to get it back to normal operating condition. Images of the logic board are provided. Maybe it just needs recapped, a couple of them look like they could use replacing. I cannot say for sure what the problem is.
