During World War I, the Food Administration under Herbert Hoover promoted “Wheatless Wednesdays” and “Meatless Mondays.” This poster suggests cottage cheese as a protein substitute.
Measures: 16" x 23 3/4"
Condition: Wrinkles, edge wear, light stains & paper tape on back edging is sound and displays nicely plenty of antique charm & character.
