It will be shipped without oil. You can get mineral oil at your local hardware/home improvement store or from Amazon. This lamp is in vintage ...condition. It has a rub/scrape on the very bottom where it has been standing in storage. Unless you hang it really high no one will see this. Easy to touch up too. I'm leaving this to the new owner though so please keep the vintage condition in mind when bidding. One part that is NOT vintage is the brand new pump (a $65 value - I just bought it) It's installed and working great as shown in the video linked above.This is quite large I’m happy to check other shipping options (maybe Grayhound?) for you or local pick up is FREE! Come and get this beauty!Be sure to click on the shipping tab as eBay DOES NOT list the least expensive shipping option first you have to click on the shipping tab and see what shipping option works out best for you.
