It is in used but good condition the book has wear from storage/use. The spiral top has some bending that makes it hard to open the metal cover, it still opens its just not a fluid movement. The book and photos are in good condition overall. I do not have the plastic cover or the CD. Please see all photos, it is as pictured.It measures approx 14" x 11"
