-----We offer for your consideration a gently displayed 1960s Madame Alexander 17" Polly face, Leslie, doll with her original blue formal bridesmaid gown. This doll is one of hundreds of dolls we bought from an adult lady, original owner, collector downsizing her estate. Please note, she is as close to factory fresh as you can find for an almost 60 year-old doll out of the box. Her coloration is incredible with highly blushed cheeks and beautiful unfaded lips. Her hair appears close to... factory fresh style.---- -----She is tagged only Madame Alexander, but she has the face of Polly. Polly was only manufactured for the one year in 1965; I found no other Polly bridesmaid. To find a lovely dark skinned Polly bridesmaid is even a more special treat for me. I did not find any Polly bridesmaid or bride listed or sold on ebay. We just listed a Polly bride from the same collection.---- ----The doll was stored in a cool dark room in her pet and smoke free house. Her three layers of slip skirt are in pretty condition with no tears or holes; the elastic could use refreshing. The snap buttons are well attached and close easily. The two layers of dress fabric is exquisite with no apparent rips, holes, or snags visible anywhere. I could find traces of sun or age discoloration, but the whole dress faded evenly. The bodice is still a nice crisp blue. The skirt of the dress shows half a dozen, or more, minor stains. I am happy to take additional photos. Of course, the satin ribbon in the box shows minor fray on the bottom edge. ----- -----Please note her easy open and close eyes. Her face is highly and evenly blushed with even coloration throughout her face, torso, and limbs. She still wears her factory hair style in mostly a neat and tidy style. Her rubberband could be original. She still wears her original bow and hair pins. She may need restyling.---- ----Her coloration is much more bright and blushed than she appears in her photos. Her slippers with heels are intact and beautiful with her perfect pantyhose. Her clean panties stay in place, but the elastic could use refreshing.---- ----She is truly one of a kind in her condition. Her face is colored exactly the same as her torso and limbs. Her lips and cheeks are highly blushed. Enjoy her easy clear and unclouded open and close eyes with complete eyelashes. ------ -----She shows no damage, chews, stains, marks, or splits. Her arms hold a pose nicely, and her legs are nice and stiff with no looseness. She is well attached everywhere. I checked her over visually. I assure you she is complete and whole. ---- Please write with any questions.
