This is georgian style designed fusee bracket clock which sits amazingly on display, the case has a beautiful mahogany veneer which has the most wonderful colour and patina to it that displays absolutely beautifully. The case has a fretwork panel on either side with red silk behind them, it has a glazed brass bezel to protect the dial and a matching fretwork panelled hinged back door to protect the movement. On the top there is a solid bronze carry handle and 4 matching finials to the cornersThe Clock Measures - 15.75 inches high x 10 inches wide x 6 inches deepDialThe clock has a 7.75 inch diameter painted dial with Roman numerals and original hands, the dial is in good condition for age with just a couple of small discrepancies. This is a superb antique twin fusee caddie top bracket clock.
