This is a regency style designed fusee bracket clock which sits amazingly on display, the case has a beautiful solid mahogany which has the most wonderful colour and patina to it that displays fantastically. The case has a glazed pane on either side as well as one to the top through which you can see the high quality london fusee movement. It has a glazed door to the front protect the dial and a hinged back door to protect the movementThe case has been later than the fusee movement, it has been made proffessionally and is what the movement would of sat in originally. It is a shame that the original case has obviously been broke and separated from the movement at some point but someone has made a beautiful case to suit the movement pefectlyThe Clock Measures - 16.75 inches high x 11.5 inches wide x 9.5 inches deepDialThe clock has a 6.25 inch squared silvered dial with engraved Roman numerals and original hands, the dial is in great condition for age. This is a superb antique English London twin fusee library bracket clock.
