DESCRIPTION – Beautiful pair of antique/ late 18th to early 19th century brass candlesticks with drip pans and fancy star (7 point) bases. Most likely of Russian origin they are very heavy weighing around 9 lbs for the pair. They disassemble (large hand turned screws) easily into 3 pieces, base, shaft, and drip cup (above base). I would ship them disassembled.CONDITION – Excellent undamaged condition with age appropriate signs of wear/use and typical hand manufacturing irregularit...ies. Slight perceived leans viewing from certain angles. Minor remnants of polishing compound (turned green). No repairs. Please enlarge and view all photos as part of the description. MARK – un-marked.
