Mid-Century, 1950/60s Aldo Londi for Bitossi ceramic royal/ultramarine blue and bright green glazed, with gilt gold accented details is this large round ashtray and beautiful vase with lid. Vase measures 19 inches tall with lid. The vase has a very small chip on the gold lid and a small what looks like repair to bottom edge. (see photos)There is some gold gild loss but nothing to take away from the beauty of the piece. The ashtray has a few nicks on rim but really had to look. Selling ...them together to really make a statement. Marked and numbered on bottom. More photos upon request.
