Vintage BRAUN ST 3 Shoulder Support Tripod Camera Film Photography Bauhaus 1970s
Item History & Price
A vintage Braun Schulterstativ ST3 by Peter Hartwein, 1975
Manufactured in West GermanyComplete with box, guarantee card and instructions leaflet
Peter Hartwein's Braun ST 3 shoulder tripod is one of my favourite 1970s Braun items for its pure functional simplicity. It's extendable to 26 cm, but folds down to just 17 cm to fit inside any camera bag. Another ingenious, Bauhaus-tradition Braun object, really pleasing to use and effortlessly funct...ional. Condition: Very good, fully functional with expected signs of use. Complete with box (some damage to one corner, otherwise very good) and instructions. Rare.

Payment and Postage
Paypal is accepted and I do not add a surcharge to cover their fees. UK buyers only may also pay by cheque or postal order. If it's a cheque, please allow 7 to 10 days for it to clear. In exceptional circumstances it may be possible for overseas customers to pay by another means such as bank transfer in GBP£ by prior arrangement.
All buyers please make contact within 3 days of auction. Payment is required within 7 days.
Non-payment
All non-paying bidders are, without exception, reported to eBay. This is not for the sake of being vindictive, but because eBay charges retrospective fees calculated on the actual sale price of items and this money needs to be retrieved. It's hard enough to make ends meet on here as it is! Thank you for your understanding. Please refer to eBay's policy on non-payment for more information, including its ramifications for the bidder.
Condition of items
Please note that, unless clearly stated otherwise, my listings are for vintage/antique items and therefore, by definition, are not going to be in the same condition you would expect from a brand new item. Please be assured that I always endeavour to offer the most accurate description possible of the item's condition and take multiple illustrative photographs.
Vintage electrical items
Vintage electrical items are always sold in their original or as found condition and are intended as decorative items only. This means they are sold without any electrical or safety guarantee. If the buyer chooses to use a vintage electrical item post-sale, it is sold with the strict understanding that the buyer agrees to have the item fully safety-checked by a qualified electrician first. Global mains electrical systems differ and it is always the buyer's responsibility to check any voltage and frequency compatibility issue themselves prior to purchase.
Returns
Returns are possible, if reported within 7 days and by prior arrangement, if a mistake has been made in the listing and the item is not as described, but for no other reason.
