Original Description:
Here for sale this beautiful 1888 Black Forest Mantle Clock. The Clock is in working condition. The case is in good condition for its age, however it is more than 100 years old so some chips can be seen around. The bellows had been replaced for new.
There is a plaque in the front of the clock that allows me to date it, and it can be read: 
"Presented to George Welch by Commander Randolph Foote R. N. As a mark of steem. July 18, 1888" 
Please do check v...ery good the pictures for its condition. If necessary I could sent more pictures as required.
The posting will be done by Royal Mail first class, which I think they will be more careful. If the buyer wants a different courier it will be done on the responsibility of the buyer and no return. For example Hermes doesn't cover items of more than a 100 years. Local pick up is also allowed.
