Offered to you is this vintage used Radio Shack DX-394 communications receiver. It is in very good cosmetic condition (could use a light cleaning as it has been in storage) and comes with its small antenna and original owners manual. It powers up and I managed to receive several signals and broadcasts through the small antenna even though I live in an area with notoriously bad reception. I tested some buttons and functions but not all of them, and I do not have a larg...e external antenna to properly test reception. I do believe the radio is unmodified and has not seen much actual use - it came from the estate of a local ham radio enthusiast who owned a number of other higher-end receivers. The receiver measures about 9" wide by 8" deep by 3-1/2" tall and weigh about 4 lbs 5 oz. The radio will be carefully packed for shipment and the small antenna unscrews and will be placed in the box separately.
