ANTIQUE GERMAN BLACK FOREST TRAIN STATION STYLE CUCKOO CLOCK FROM THE EARLY 1900'SThis clock is a stunning clock a must have for one's collection. This is a Black Forest cuckoo clock easily from the early 1900's. This clock's color can best be described as a very rich dark walnut brown with it's hints of cherry red that catches everyone's eye. This black forest clock has amazing inlay and carved detail that intricately contains it's vines and leaves. The inlay has it's beauti...ful unique design of octagon and hexagon shapes. This clock has it's movement that ticks tocks cuckoo's and gongs like it should. The cuckoo(blue bird) cuckoo's the number of times the hour. This movement does not have any markings that I could see. This is a working clock and in excellent condition for it's age. There are no breaks that I could see. The clocks hands are beautifully carved and are made from bone . This clock has it's antique big blue cuckoo bird with blue flappy wings.The measurement's are as followed: The clock is 21 inches tall and 13 3/4 inches wide and 6 1/4 inches deep.From the very top to the bottom of the pendulum is 24 inches long.The clocks Face measures 5 1/4 inches in diameter and beautifully two toned in color.This clock comes with 2 antique weights and it's bulls eye antique pendulum with a metal end.
