They'reItalian from the famous steelmakingCampobasso region and date to c. 1870-1890. Theyare marked "BT" on the blades. This is the maker's markfor Bartolomeo Terzano, a well known maker of that period. They'recompletelyhand made and filed and th...e handwork and engraving on both sides isbeautifully done.The blades are tight with intact points and they cut very well to thetips. Thecondition of the steel is excellent with no rust or damage.
