Worn but structurally sound Jungle First Aid grip has the logo of the U. S. Army Medical Department and the military item number on one side only. The 17-5/18" X 11-5/16" X 4-5/16" sturdy case appears to be made of a heavy paper-resin composition substance with a rough external texture. Letters and figures are or one side only. The original heavy cloth handle is attached. The lid latched tightly shut with two fasteners on each side. The lid folds back but remains attached to two of the... side fasteners. INSTRUCTIONS FOR KIT, FIRST AID, JUNGLE (iIem 9121910) are attached in remarkable good condition on the inside of the lid. The instructions include first aid for body lice, head lice, crab lice, constipation, diarrhea, malaria, snake bite, spider and poisonous insect bite, wounds and water purification. Standard contents names are listed by section at the bottom of the Instructions. Buyer adds $12.00 postage, packaging and insurance if mailed to any of the contiguous 48 United States.
