An antique Egyptian Assuit shawl from the 1920’s in black and silver.It is 82 inches long (208 cm) and 27 inches wide (68.5 cm).Not one of the heavy ones, so easier to tie and drape.CONDITION.There are a couple of repairs. They will not show when worn but are being mentioned for accuracy.Some of the silver ...metal has a pale gold hue from age.On one motif there is some missing metal. It may have been made like this? (See photo).
