A lovely antique Egyptian Assuit shawl from the 1920’s in white and silver.A design in horizontal bands of figures, camels etc.It is 83 inches long (211 cm) and 24.1/2 inches wide (62 cm).CONDITION.There are a few repairs, some small patches of tarnish and a light mark (See photos).They are unlikely to... show when worn but are being mentioned for accuracy.The net is white and not soiled or grubby. There are no tears.If not used as a shawl, then there is a lot of fabric for costume making.
