Original Description:
Up for auction at the Grand Antique Mall, located in Cincinnati, Ohio is an Original WWII, All Blued, 2.5 x Weaver M73B1 Marked Sniper Scope. The tube exterior retains most of its blued finish with clear markings. The scope reticle and optics are intact. The elevation and windage knobs turn. Rust spots, especially prominent on the back side, were intentionally not removed; the buyer can choose whether or not to polish the scope. Appears to be in working order. 
The no...menclature plate is stamped Telescope M73B1 over three-lines of numerical information which include: Stock No. 7579931 / Serial No. 33410 (Number is etched on top of the plate) / 7635029. On the side of the scope is 7669611. 
The scope is original and was used in WWII attached to 1903-A4 rifles. 
Dimensions:  11” long / Tube diameter: .75”Weight: .45 lbs.
