THIS AUCTION IS FOR : 1950's Royal Quiet Deluxe Manual Typewriter with a bright bubble gum pink glossy enamel finish. Typewriter is in great shape. A few very tiny blemishes one ink spot on front right top see pics should rub off. . All functions work well some keys do stick at times. NEEDS OILED / CLEANING.
the (L) KEY IS RAISED , STILL STRIKES SO NEEDS ADJUSTED AND THE THE PAPER PAPER TRIM PC ON BACK TOP IS MISSING. T...his Royal typewriter was their top of the line in the 1950's. The Quiet Deluxe version has touch control, Royal magic margin, and carriage lock. The type style is Elite with 12 characters per inch. Original case is complete with clips to hold typewriter securely in place when traveling. It locks tightly when closed.
OVERALL VERY NICE PAINT, GOOD ROLLER, WORKING SPACER BAR, GOOD CHROME TRIM, LEFT SIDE LOCK FOR CARRIAGE. GOOD KNOBS.
