Vintage C1905 " Hammond No. 2 " Curved Keyboard Typewriter

This "Hammond No. 2" typewriter with a curved keyboard is in "as found" condition.There are 10 keys with raised felt pads and one of the square keys has chip to one end.The letters, numbers etc are have faded, but are still legible.The ribbon holders are present, but damaged.The curved cream celluloid plaque has "Hammond, Made In U.S.A", although the gold writing has faded over the years.The machine appears to have been dropped at some point, the cage and top of the machine at the bac...k has been damaged and parts have become detached. The paper roller is missing. The plated metal has retained much of its' original finish, however, there is some surface rust in places.I have tried to show the condition in the photographs.This machine would be ideal for repair or spares.
