An early Heufel & Co. of Dresden footed portrait vase, signed by the artist. Gold embellishments have very little wear, which is age appropriate (pictured). Hand-written title on the bottom says, “Cmt(?) Beaumont”, likely meaning Countess Beaumont. Heufel & Co. operated in Germany only from 1891 - 1901, and later marks were stamped rather than hand-painted as... this one is. The vase measures 3 5/8” tall x 2.25” across the base.
