Description of item for sale:This impressive cast bronze candlestick dates to the mid/late 1800's and is from France. It is a heavy, high quality solid bronze candlestick. The bronzework is in very good antique condition, lightly patinated with verdigris in the crevices and seams. A few of the small fittings and protrusions are slightly bent. There is one small piece of trim missing near the bottom of one side (see the closeup photo... that is last in the photo set). Dimensions: 44" tall and 11" from one tip of the base to the other.
