Our staff is dedicated to the highest customer service possible. Shipping Shipping is by USPS Media Mail with Tracking or FedEx Ground. We take great care in packaging and shipping our books to insure they are not damaged. If any package arrives damaged please immediately take pictures and if delivered by carrier make them note and notify us immediately if you have the slightest indication the book may be damaged DO NOT open the package, until you hear from us. Tracking will be provided soon after shipping. Please follow the tracking and if the package is delayed let us know. Once it is delivered to your address, we are no longer responsible. Returns Returns are allowed up to 5 business after you receive the books and you must contact us immediately about the return explaining the reason for return. Typically, the only allowance for a return is that we might have missed something and not described it, so the allowance for "Not as Described", is the only reason for a complete refund.
