Pair Antique Meissen Porcelain Figures - F67 - Man & Woman with Flower Garlands
DIMENSIONS: Approximately 17cm & 16.5cm tall overall
ITEM DETAILS: This is a pair of 19th century Meissen figures, number F67, depicting a young man and woman with garlands of flowers. As you can see, a fair part of the woman's garland is missing and there are numerous losses to the flowers and foliage in various places (see photos). Also there's a tiny chip to the back edge o...f the boy's jacket and on the bottom edge of the girl's base (also shown in close-up), but they have fared better than some Meissen figures of this age and they still display nicely so would be well worth restoring. They are exactly as you see them in the photos, and as always there's a low start and no reserve so happy bidding!
