We are very knowledgeable in our field but don’t claim to be an expert on every item that we sell. We will always try to describe them in the most honest and accurate way that we can. We are very happy to answer any questions you might have on a particular product.
We are very well known for our very high quality packing of orders (please see our feedback). Once your order has been posted is out of our hands, and have no control over how the courier handles or treats it. If, on those rare occasions it should arrive with you broken or damaged, please let us know straight away. We would always advise to take clear photo’s of both the packaging and the damage done, as this really speeds up refunds etc. Just send them to us with your message.
Our shipping costs are accurately worked out to cover Postage, packing, insurance and fee’s. We always try to be as fair priced as we can.
We prefer payments immediately after the sale, but realise this is not always possible. So we are quite happy to allow up to 4 days for payment. If there is no communication or payment within 4 days will have no option but to report this to eBay and relist the item. This is the last thing we want to happen as it leaves bad feelings for everyone.
