Beautiful early 1900's Heintz Sterling Silver on Bronze Ashtray with Matchbox Holder with an arts and crafts design. Piece is a wonderful example produced by Heintz Art Metal Shop. The HAMS symbol is on the bottom and is numbered #2598F with the Silver On Bronze patent of August 7, 1912. The ashtray is 4" wide and 3" tall with a unique scalloped edge.
The piece is in great condition with a beautiful patina, with wear around silver at top of piece, typical of its age. It has not ...been cleaned or polished. Please ask all questions prior to purchase.
