Bought this from an estate sale as is with a bag of the parts removed and updated. Wife knew nothing about it. Has no tubes and no cage. Looks to have a bunch of parts updated but really don't know. As with all old electronics it needs to be looked at by someone who knows what their doing. Very high voltages inside. It appears to have been painted but has a few scrapes and bumps. This is very heavy (60+ pounds) so will have to be boxed and cra...ted. I will have to supply you with shipping costs once the auction is done. Not sure if UPS will do it or have to ship Fedex Freight. I can ship from USA or Canada as I am near the border. Again I will build a custom box to make sure it gets there without being damaged.
