Printed in a limited run of 1000 copies, this is a rare first edition copy of the late Roky Erickson's only poetry collection. The 70pp hardback book, 9'' x 5 3/4", was printed and published by Roky's friends as the Pyrimid Publishing Co. in Austin, Texas in 1972 after the poems were smuggled out of Rusk State Hospital, where the 13th Floor Elevators singer was being involuntarily treated alongside the criminally insane. Cover: white cloth with gilt lettering. No dust jacket... (as originally published). Sturdy binding. Some scuff marks to the cover but interior pages are all clean.
