I have owned this Cissy Formal Gown for several years. It is lovely and in very good condition...well finished...2 snap closure on back of bodice and also two ties sewn on the front of the bodice that tie at the back neckline. Three layers make the dress skirt...beautiful net material that was used for many formals in the 1950's especially...another net crinoline under the skirt and a solid Satan slip under the first two layers...the dress label is sewn in a seam on the inside of the d...ress...it reads Suzilee Shop, Kilgore, Texas. The hat is newer than the dress and is made by Richard Originals. It has a strap which I put behind her ears and under her hair. The doll is not for sale only the formal gown and hat are.
