WWII U.S. Army Ski troop / Mountain troop White outfit.There are no labels of any kind on either article.  These items were in a trunk of stuff that belonged to my dad, Jack McLean who was in the 2nd Marine Division during WWII.  He was issued this arctic gear along with a felt snow mack  ( that my brothers and I destroyed as kids) because the 2nd Marine Division was going to be used in the invasion of Kiska and Attu.  At the last minute they were sent to invade Sai...pan instead, thus he had all of this stuff which he sent home.  Maybe somebody out there has done some research into WWII Marine arctic gear who could shed more light on this.
