Welcome to Antiques & Moore! This listing is for a lovely vintage brass ormolu decorated display jewelry box. The box is five-sided with a round peach colored beveled glass window on each side and a five-sided peach colored beveled glass window in lid. The window glass is thick with a wide bevel which is bordered with a pierced brass ormolu design The box sits on five substantial yet elaborate feet. Interior bottom of box has a peach velvet covering.Measures 4 1/4" high and is 4 1/...2" at widest point of box and 7" wide (at legs). Weighs 1.12 pounds. This nice display jewelry box is in excellent Estate condition with no noted flaws. Hinge is tight and box opens and closes correctly. The brass frame has naturally aged patina.
