Original Description:
This is a vintage dore bronze jewelry box that features a painted portrait of a woman under concave glass.  The box features some very nice detail metalwork on the lid and sides.The inside of the box was originally lined with a green velvet material, but much of that has been removed. 
Other than the missing lining, the box is in very good condition with only some dust and patina/tarnish from age.  The lid is wellattached and the hinge works well.<...br>The box measures 6" across, 4.25" from front to back, and is 2" tall.
