ITEM DESCRIPTIONItem DescriptionUp for your consideration is a fine French Neoclassical Bronze and Marble Tazza, from the Grand Tour era, c. 1870s. The piece is of circular, handled form, raised on a rouge marble base. The width over handles 16 inches, and the upper plate is 11" in diameter. It stands 10" tall. It features a detailed "North-Wind" face as a central medallion.Overall, it is in excellent condition. There are some small professional restorations to chips in the base, which are not readily noticed. The brass portions are in excellent condition, free of flaws.
