Original Description:

This is a really lovely, and interesting Japanese Meiji period Bronze Vase.
The vase is beautifully decorated with two panels of flora on a geometric background, while the foot is also embellished with rolling waves. On the side is a hanging bamboo cane with leaves.
Fairly good antique condition; there is a loss to the side, probably the same hanging bamboo fronds which decorate the other side. The rim is misshapen and wavy.
The vase is quite heavy at 832 g and is 165 mm t...all.
