Fair condition Type 30 Arisaka bayonet. Made by Nagoya Arsenal. There is a good amount of surface rust built up towards the top half of the blade. The rust, while fairly thick, does not appear to have penetrated deep into the metal, and the blade should clean up. Locking tab in pommel is very stiff and will only move with force. It is not frozen however. I have been working at it by oiling it and moving it back and forth with light taps from a nylon hammer. It may be possible to get it... into proper working order, as I have been able to free much worse examples. As it sits currently, it is not readily able to be easily fastened to a rifle. One of the securing pins in the pommel has been lost. There is play in the pommel, however it is still securely attached by the remaining pin. Buyer will most likely want to insert a new pin by cutting a small piece of metal rod to insert into the hole. This will eliminate any back and forth play. There is NO Scabbard included.
