This is an original WWII issue  Navy Bureau of Aeronautics issue MK 8B airnavigation computer. It calculates time & distance and is constructed ofaluminum 4 ¼” inches in diameter. It is marked on the front, “COMPUTER MK 8B, BU AER-U.S. NAVY”. Part of the Naval Aviator’s air navigation kits. Appears tobe in very good overall condition. The highest quality obtainable.
