VINTAGE LUDWIG WFL Chicago USA Gold Stripe & Black Snare DRUM and case.I don not know much about drums so feel free to ask questions if you need me to check something in it.Details about drum:Drum is 14” across and 8” high.The top leather piece is torn (see photos).The chrome is coming off and the metal has some rust.Great restoration project.Bottom metal springs that go across bottom are secured by some string.Made out of wood. A similar drum that sold on EBay had Birch listed as ...wood type.
Details about case:Case is old with water stains and is dirty . The leather strap in case is old and dried out. One of the leather pieces that holds the strap tore from rivet ( see last photo).On Sep-02-20 at 17:04:36 PDT, seller added the following information:The "Vintage Drum Guide" dates this drum badge back to the 1930s.If you would like to verify this, you can go to the Vintage Drum Guide site.
