Original rare Indian War era/pre-Spanish American War era , US Army Cavalry Insignia Cap Badge. The cap badge is bronze with hoops on back to sew onto cap. The badge shows some tarnishing and has some other minor flaws, but is otherwise in good shape and should display well. The cap badge you see is the cap badge you will receive. The badge came from a larger group of Indian Wars era, Spanish American war, and World War One era cap badges.
