Original Description:
From my records and research this seems to be a rather rare shape from Sasieni produced during the Family Era in limited numbers. I always have to wonder why when it is such a fantastic shape! This one dressed in the phenomenal Ruff Root Tanshell style blast the "Perth" (nod to cousins in Australia?) is a tall Billiard with long diamond shank. The bowl carries nice thick walls with a deep generous chamber. It gets slightly thicker towards the base where the fro...nt is pronounced and the rear transitions abruptly in an almost 90 degree angle to the crisp diamond shank that tapers just a touch. Stem is original saddle vulcanite with large but comfortable fishtail bit and Four Dots with one retaining it's original baby blue while the others have faded to a cream color. Finish is the well revered Ruff Root, a Tanshell blast that displays deep cascading pockets of birdseye on the flanks with cross grain to the front and rear just offset. Despite very slight darkening of the rim this Sasieni Perth is otherwise in perfect condition.
Nomenclature: SASIENI FOUR DOT "RUFF-ROOT" LONDON MADE, "PERTH", MADE IN ENGLAND (Rugby Style)
Dimensions: 5 3/4" Long, 2 1/8" Tall, 13/16" Chamber Width, 1 3/4" Chamber Depth 
Condition: Excellent. Just a hint of rim darkening. Stem has color loss on 3 out of 4 dots. Overall superb! Weight: 33g
