Small but sweet antique garnet brooch holds a small lock of hair. Circa 1840s, this brooch looks to be gold filled and has several almandine garnets surrounding the hair. It measures 11/16th of an inch long and 1/2 inch wide and has an elongated pin and C style clasp. This brooch is in very good condition, a lovely token of yesteryear. Gift box included!
