Vintage and short-lived CAMPMASTER model RH-6 hunting knife (RH for Remington Hunter) and original sheath manufactured by the famous REMINGTON ARMS COMPANY. This is the hard-to-find Depression-era type manufactured during the short-lived Remington-Dupont joint venture. Ricasso is stamped Remington / RH-6 on one side; the blade is etched CAMPMASTER. The knife is about 7-7/8" / 20 cm overall; the blade is about 4-1/8" / 10.5 cm; it's razor-sharp still, the tip is intact. Original rosewo...od handle; nickel-silver guard, aluminum pins. The handle is solid with no play; no cracks or chips. Original Remington-Dupont leather sheath has been repaired; it's in good condition overall, considering the age. The front is hand-signed with the original owner's name and home address in Monroe, Louisiana.
