Faulty - #64B Rose Pink tied by an Adamstown, B & O Railroad oval Pmk to a very rare patriotic in black on yellow with a portrait of Colonel Baxter, imprinted at top head-Quarters Baxter's Fire Zouave's . The cover has soiling and has a tear at the top. There is a same design and postmark in the Bischel sale, lot 806 and is listed for $500.
