. Antique Early 19thc Two Mist Type White FeldspathicStoneware Jugs- Chetham and Woolley c1795-1810 Two wonderful white stoneware jugs with whitesprig reliefs and complex engine turned bases. One jug measures 3.5 inches high, is 4.25inches across from spout tip to handle. The second jug measures 4 inches highand is 5 inches from spout to handle. The jugs are not marked but almost certainlyChetham and Woolley. The small jug has an impressed �...�6” on the base Similar vases and jugs can be seen in “Stoneware”1774-1830 by Diana Edwards and Rodney Hampson. Can also be seen in Chetham & WoolleyStonewares 1793-1821 by Colin Wyman The condition is very good with just the smallerjug having a tiny nibble under the spout tip.A super duo of Chetham and Woolley jugsthey display very well.
