This auction is for a Porcelain Bisque Piano Baby Humidor Tabacco Jar. It is an unmarked Gebruder Heubach 1890-1910, made in Germany. It has the famous piano baby face with beautiful intaglio eyes. Done in Bisque Porcelain and Hand-Painted. Baby has a wonderful sweet expression with 2 new teeth showing. The Humidor measures approximately 6" tall, 3-1/2" wide, 4" deep. I've seen a few of these with the tam hat but this one looks more like a turban. Th...e bow and pompom are pink. It has a chip in the inside rim of the lid, the chip is not visible when the lid is on. I show a closeup in the last photo. When I hold it up to the light I see a 1/2" hairline running from the chip towards the top. It is very hard to see, I took several photos, but they don't show a crack. I found no other cracks, chips or repairs. This is an "As-Is" auction so please see all photos and feel free to ask questions.
