Lovely Kathe Kruse doll girl only with swivel head. Deutsches Kind VIII from the 1930's. Stamped on the soles of the feet.
Real hair wig, cloth head/Stoffkopf with seams on the back of the neck and body stuffed with reindeer hair. Ilsebill has some crazing on the both sides of the face (see photos). Her body shows some age related stains etc.
She is wearing vintage clothing/shoes.
